So I heard about this crazy-fun contest http://topricinracephotocontest.blogspot.com/ that this company called Topricin is hosting. I absolutely love their pain cream because it is natural and works great on my aches. My favorite is their foot cream and I started using it last summer when my feet were aching so much from my beloved flip-flops. Now some may have seen this as an opportunity for new shoes, but not me I tell ya.
I am a creature of habit and these are my most precious flops! They are were super cute, casual, went with everything, neutral color, comfy and above all – we had a relationship. A beautiful wonderful relationship. (We’re tight like that). So what. You just gonna toss grandma and grandpa to the curb when they start looking less than perfect? I didn’t think so. Let’s all show a little compassion here okay?
A’hem. Sorry. Got off on a little tangent there. But just look how wonderful they really are!

So….the dork contest? Well, you see. As a former competitive swimmer, I am all about good wholesome competition and embarrassing is my middle name! I am not however, very good at losing. So I am begging asking you to tell me which of these incredibly goofy looking photos do you think have the best “dork-ness” qualities? i.e. I wanna win d*mn it! Okay photos to follow….here’s the rules:
1. No laughing at me
2. No using any of these photos as a “who would have ever looked so bad” blog post
3. No bribbing or threatening me that you will send these off to Oprah or something
4. Please no emails asking me if you can borrow my flops. Won’t happen. Ever.
*So once we decide which photo I should burn use, then I can submit it!

I have to vote for #2 for a few reasons. I think I had same the same suit and pretty sure I also had a very similar hairstyle (big bangs…why was this style so popular?). But I also like #4….I would bet the warm-up suit was some kind of poly-blend

I honestly don’t think any of them are really dorky at all. Maybe #1 only cuz the lovely 80′s hair…but even that’s not so bad. Everyone had that hair!
