The National Wildlife Federation is hosting the Great American Backyard Campout tonight, Saturday June 26! Join in the fun by camping out in your backyard – creating the opportunity for all generations to connect with nature!
“On June 26, 2010 thousands of people across the nation will gather in their backyards, neighborhoods, communities and parks to take part in a one-night event that will provide an experience for all generations to connect with nature.
Open the door and sleep out under the stars! Join the Great American Backyard Campout whether you are an experienced camper or first-time campers. We have all you will need to get you ready to camp at your fingertips.
Register today and you’ll have access to creative ideas, simple recipes, fun activities and more. Plus once you register you’ll have the opportunity to support National Wildlife Federation’s mission to inspire all Americans to make outdoor time a priority.
