growing old together and so on and so on and so on? Are you seeing it?

Are you feeling the love?

These were the hippies of yesterday. BUT my greenie friends, have you ever thought that YOU just might be a hippie? Noooo….not one of the stereotypical tie-dye wearing 60′s type!

A Modern Hippie!

Today’s feature is on a totally groovy magazine called, Modern Hippie Magazine where yesterday’s hippie movement meets today’s eco-minded greenie.

“When we say modern hippie, we’re not talking about the drug using, tie-dye wearing, jobless flower child stereotype. The modern hippie is more about conscious living and clear thinking than altered consciousness. The modern hippie is concerned with clothes that are organic more so than brightly colored. If the modern hippie is jobless, he’s either laid off or an entrepreneur.

It is our aim to educate, to share a global camaraderie, shun conformity, and embrace individuality, much like the hippie movement of old. We get the fact that people who are in the know will catch our groove. We know, as they know, that it’s hip to BE” (MHM).

Eeeee! I love it…I love it! I just never imagined myself as a hippie! Isn’t it fun? So I want you to know about Modern Hippie Magazine because it’s a great resource for living green where you can hang with a like-minded community of others who value healthy, sustainable living!
