This has been such a fun week here while celebrating SGM’s 1st Birthday, and you have all been so great! I have felt all kinds of cyber-love coming in from comments, tweets and FB likes and I thank YOU!!! What makes me smile? Blondes in cowsuits doing cartwheels! jk. hee hee hee! The memory of my husband bashing an alarm clock to bits against the floor when it wouldn’t turn off, and me sleepily cheering him on (Bash it, hunny, BASH IT!) cuz it wouldn’t shut up and was screeching, only for us finally to realize that THAT wasn’t the alarm clock going off. *wiping tears* That makes me howl, all by myself, every time I think of it.

A lots of things make me smile but if think of something close to my heart…..a picture of me snuggled up under a thick blanket with a really amazing novel with a thick blanket of snow outside and still falling makes me smile….I just wish I can realize it asap again

For once, I’m not kidding. That actually happened. In our first couple of years together, we had crazy work schedules, so had different sleep schedules. It was a little hairy trying to keep track of who was coming to bed and who was getting up. I think it came from sleep deprivation. lol
So flippin funny you two!!!! HA – what a great laugh.
What makes me smile is getting an early morning text from my daughter while she’s on the school bus. She always sends me “143″ for I love you. She’s 13 so it’s not “cool” for her to actually send an “I love you” text to her mommy. The days I get those texts are the smiliest kind of days for me.

Beautiful fall days over looking the mountains make be smile, but also coming home to my precious pooch and loving husband are daily smiles.

It makes me smile when I see my greenie ways have rubbed off on my kids and I hear them remind the other to turn off the lights when they leave a room, automatically throw paper in our recycle bin, or admonish daddy for forgetting to turn off the water when he brushes his teeth. (That seems to be a tough habit for him to break! ACK!)
LOL! So awesome!!! I agree – it makes me smile too when my kiddos say and do “green” things that make a difference for their health, our family’s health and the whole PLANET’S health for pete sakes! It’s awesome
