Meet Elizabeth Gordon, The Smiling Green Allergy Baking Expert (she says so fast and with so much excitement that you can hardly understand her *squeeeeee*)

Elizabeth Gordon, author of Allergy-Free Desserts: Gluten- Free, Dairy-Free, Egg-Free, Soy-Free and Nut-Free Delights lives in New York City and is the mother of two girls, 4 and 7.  She has an MSW from NYU and, while there, focused her research on eating disorder treatment.  After being diagnosed with adult-onset food allergies, she turned her passion for helping others toward baking for those with gluten, dairy, soy, nut and egg-allergies.  Undeterred by her own wheat and egg allergies, Elizabeth still has a sweet tooth and stirs up new allergy-free recipes almost daily.
