The following video is very powerful and I feel that it so critical to show you just how serious food allergies are, and how critical it is to be aware and prepared at all times. This is such a sad reminder of how quickly an allergic reaction can happen and how important the Epi-Pen is at all times, in all situations, in every circumstance.
My heart goes out to the family in this video from The Today Show segment on food allergies. The second video is something that I feel each and every person should familiarize themselves with just incase someone YOU know or even someone you may not know has an allergic reaction in front of you. You will then know what to do with their Epi-Pen to possibly save their life.
